We aim to ship physical items within 3-5 business days.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with photos within four week’s time!
There are a handful of reasons why you could receive a damaged item. It could be a manufacturer’s error, fulfillment error or damaged during shipping. Our fulfillment centers have quality control that the fulfilled products go through. However, as with everything, we might accidentally let through an item that has defects. If you receive a damaged or defected item, we always take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Please provide photos of the unsatisfactory product and the packing slip. Our customer support will be able to get back to you quicker when you attach these photos and report the problem in as much detail as you can.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

If for some reason the wrong design is printed on the items you ordered, then contact us about a refund or getting the correct items shipped to you.
Note that the colors shown on the screen may not exactly match the colors printed on the shirt. So, if the colors you receive do not exactly match the colors on the screen, this is normal.
However, if there are serious color differences, this may be a printing error and you should contact us to get his sorted out. We may give you a refund or arrange to an item with the proper printing sent out to you.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits. You can use a simple tool like the USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure that the city in the address matches the zip code.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Please contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are offered at our discretion.
